EXCLUSIVE, CORRECT 2-PIECE OPTICS RAILS IN STOCK NOW

RMP-5 This rail was used on very limited production Soviet-made AKML and AKMN rifles (as well as Polish copies). It is not available from anyplace but us, worldwide, and is the only historically correct optics rail for the Soviet AKM rifle. These were mounted on special night-fighting weapons manufactured between 1961-78 and were used in combination with a unique long-style slotted flash hider (also installed on RPKL/RPKN rifles, available below). The AKML/AKMN was used extensively by special forces (SPETsNAZ) end users in Afghanistan, and was manufactured by Russia as well as Poland, Hungary and East Germany.

FH-AKML 22 JUL 09: We just received a new batch of our US-made replica flash hiders, and they look awesome! Exact copies of the Russian/Polish AKM/RPK flash hider issued with night vision equipped special forces rifles, these CNC-machined muzzle devices are made from heat treated steel, fit any standard AK type threaded barrel and count as one part towards your US-parts count on domestic US rifles.

AKML-BIPOD 22 JUL 09: We also have acquired a limited supply of the very rare Polish manufactured AKML Y-pod, used with Polish AKN and AKML night vision equipped rifles. This bipod will fit any AKM or AK-47 rifle and has a compact yet robust design. The integral barrel clamp snaps into place, telescopes and folds forward and out of the way when not in use, and is designed for combat use. It makes a great display piece for any AK rifle, especially those with heavy night vision scopes mounted on them. These are no longer made, and we bought all they could find in military surplus around Warsaw. Do not miss a change to own this exceptionally hard to find accessory to finish off your AKML/AKMN project.

The RMP-5 optics rail assembly will allow the fitment of any "old-school" Soviet pattern night vision scope, as well as the latest AK-style daylight scopes and red dot sights. It will properly attach to any AKM or RPK rifle (except for down-folding buttstock model AKMS). It is a beefy, robust two-plate assembly and original to the Soviet example, which has never been available for sale to the collector. The lower anchor plate is permanently riveted to the rifle while the top dovetail plate is screwed onto and aligned with the anchor plate. All rivet head locations are made flush with the top surface of the anchor plate and are normally impossible to see in actual images of these rifles in the field. RMP-5 is designed to be attached using standard mild steel rivets, but could also be threaded with a tap and secured by machine screws, or welded into place.
This rail was copied directly from an original example and has been professionally machined from heat treated high quality steel using CNC equipment. It was painstakingly created over a two year period to be as accurate to the original as possible. However, in order to make for an easier installation we have incorporated a few extra time-saving features for the do-it-yourself gunsmith. The kit comes with the lower anchor plate, the upper dovetail plate, three assembly screws and at least three rivets. We try to provide a rivet set and/or screw retaining pins, when they are available, at no extra cost. Since we also carry the US-made replica of the original AKML/AKMN, AKMSL/AKMSN, RPKL/RPKN flash hider, you can buy the hider/plate combination together at a substantial discount. We only developed these plate kits to fill a specific need within our small collecting circle, and due to expensive (and limited public knowledge and thus, demand) we limited production to only 50 units. If you need the historically correct rail for any of these special rifles, do not miss this final chance!

RARE SOVIET ERA FURNITURE SETS
ORIGINAL RUSSIAN KALASHNIKOV SETS IN STOCK

AKSU-4SET-E We have only a few of these early AKSU sets left, which includes the highly desirable and almost impossible to find vented style laminated handguards and Tula-made folding stock. All parts are mint new in original Soviet finish. The Pistol grip is a new US-made exacting copy of the correct style Soviet-era gloss polyamide pistol grip. All trunnion hardware is included.

AKSU-4SET-MID This AKSU furniture set also includes the Tula-made metal stock parts, but has the hard to find and uniquely styled middle-1980's production deeply finger-grooved laminated Soviet handguards with no cooling vents. The finish is original and the pistol grip is the high quality US-made reproduction in the correct pattern and color polyamide. Rear folding stock trunnion, rivets and associated latching hardware is also included.

AKM-4SET-LATE This matching 4-piece all-Soviet furniture set is the early-middle 1970's style mid-production version with side swivel buttstock for all fixed stock AKM rifles. It has a reddish-brown or golden orange iodine finish in various shades, and includes the correct maroon colored Soviet made bakelite pistol grip. Condition of most sets is unissued and like new, with little to no storage wear.

AKM-4SET-T These exceptionally dark maroonish-brown sets are likely of Tula origin and have the customary deeply cut cheek rest combs and preservative-treated wood parts. They are of exceptionally good condition and are mostly unissued. This set also includes a Soviet-made dark maroon bakelite pistol grip. We only have one or two sets left, so do not miss out!

AK4SET-SOV We have recently obtained a very few ultra-nice and ultra-rare original Soviet Type 3 AK-47 fixed stock furniture sets. These are for the milled receiver rifle, and includes all four laminated wood parts in a handsome original Soviet matching reddish-brown iodine finish. These will no doubt help you cap off a real nice 1950's era project rifle.

74W-4SET-E We have all-Soviet matching laminated wood furniture sets for the fixed stock in both the early and the later styles, plus sets for the folding stock AKS-74 rifles. The early buttstock includes the rubber coated buttplate. These are all in original factory finish and were made in the 1970's and early 1980's. We have several styles and conditions to choose from. RU-RPK-DMP We now have the correct Soviet drum web carry/storage pouches made specifically for use with the standard 7,62x39mm RPK rifle. These early 1970's dated heavy cotton drum pouches are brand new and have overlapping leather security and belt attachment straps. They can be used to transport or store the mag when not in use, or to protect the drum even while it is mounted onto the RPK or AK rifle. We have a limited supply.
RU-RPK-MP4 These rare Soviet 4-cell OD green cotton web box pouches carry 40-round 7,62mm magaines, and are mostly used surplus in good to very good condition. They are equipped with both belt loops and fully adjustable web shoulder strap rigging. Our examples were most likely made in the 1960's or early 1970's. Please keep in mind that the Soviet versions have been exceptionally hard to find in any condition, so make sure to order yours today to avoid frustration and regret. KS-12 PANTERA (LEFT) Designed for and tested by Polish commando units inside Afghanistan and Iraq, the KS-12 individual load bearing tactical vest is made from the finest materials and tailored to the unique requirements of the modern battlefield. KS-12 "special vest" (in standard Polish military PANTERA Wz.93 pattern camouflage) can provide storage for 12 AK rifle 30-round magazines of any calibre, as well as 4 grenades and 2 magazines for pistol or other short weapon, and endless other uses. The back panel is fitted with full-length MOLLE-type strips so the vest can be easily tailored to any mission requirements. Two large cargo pockets also flank each side of the user, each having internal drawstring covers to repel weather, sand and debris. KS-12 also provides a centralized carry position for the standard service pistol, comfortably secured in a handy, specialized compartment but ready for easy withdrawal when the need arises. KC-6 PANTERA (RIGHT) This Polish gunners apron is a modern, updated copy of the Chinese "chest rig" and is made from the highest quality materials. It provides a very convenient and effective load bearing accessory and was developed specifically for mechanized infantry and long range patrols of foot soldiers. It provides individualized stowage for 6 AK rifle magazines of any calibre, and also has two large weatherized side-mounted cargo pockets for grenades or other primary kit. The main panel is also a large flat pocket for the dry storage of maps and other documents. The fully adjustable heavy duty padded shoulder straps are designed to cross at the back and provide comfortable load bearing qualities. The entire assembly, as well as each magazine pouch flap, is secured using heavy duty adjustable fastex-type snap-closures. Each pouch is made from heavy duty cotton webbing and has cells for four standard 30-round AK magazines, internal storage for cleaning accessories and one external pocket for an oil or solvent/oil bottle. We have more than eight or ten styles to choose from, including the standard army version as well as rarer leather trim styles as used by elite units such as the "Red Guard". These are true Bulgarian military surplus items and not commercial copies made from lighter weight materials. They are the exact pouches used by the Bulgarian military and are correct for any Bulgarian AK-type rifle made in the last 40 years. They will of course fit any AK calibre of 30-round magazines, and are a sharp looking accessory for use with any AK rifle of any make or model. RMP-3 Back in stock! The RMP-3 is our most popular replica rail, and is a direct CNC-produced copy of the impossible to find Soviet AK-74N, AKS-74N and AKS-74U rail used from the late 1970's until the late 1980's. It is designed for use on rifles using standard AK-74 rear trunnions. This rail was directly copied without change by the East German military industry for use with MPiAKS-74N, NK and all DDR (Wieger) StG-940 system rifles. Bulgaria also copied this rail with very minor cosmetic changes, for use on both milled and stamped receivers and still uses this version on their current military and commercial AK rifles.
RMP-3 is supplied in a media-blasted matte black oxide finish, and can be purchased individually or in kit form if you need the correct rivets and detailed illustrated instructions. Not only is it fully compatible with all Russian based AK day optics and night vision devices, but RMP-3 will also allow the easy fitment of the standard SVD PSO-1 scope onto your AK rifle. RMP-2 This is a direct copy CNC-produced replica of the early Soviet AK-74 rail of the 1973-78 era. This design was also used on the RPK-74 for it's entire production run. It has AKM rivet spacing, so it will fit any AKM rifle (or rifles using the AKM style rear trunnion such as the Romanian AK-74). It has a 4.5mm rear rivet hole size and is supplied in a media blasted matte black oxide finish. It can be bought individually, or in kit form if you need the correct rivets and detailed illustrated instructions for assembly to your rifle. It has total compatibility with all Russian based AK optics and night vision devices. Turn your RPK-74 into an RPK-74N!

74MP Back in stock! The 74MP series rails were designed for AK74, AK74M and AK100 series rifles, and were precision machined on CNC equipment from heat treated high strength steel, media blasted, and finished in a protective coating of phosphate just like the originals! They will allow the proper fitment of any type of known AK optical devices, military or commercial. These are perfect for applications to projects, replica firearms, and air rifles when authenticity of the design and correct fitment is a must! We offer both of these rails as individual units, or in handy installation kits which include the correct military factory rivets and a detailed instruction sheet which enables proper positioning without guesswork. The rivet pattern on both plates is of the modern post-1978 AK-74 design. For projects using the older AKM rear trunnion, please refer to our other mounting base plates.

OLD SCHOOL BMP-1 This Russian manufactured Kalashnikov side mounting optics base plate is a near perfect reproduction of the first pattern AK-74 design used prior to 1978. This means it fits AKM rivet pattern rifles without modification (to include Romanian AK-74's which, when combined with a 45 degree gas block, makes for a fine early Soviet replica).
Used on AK-74N rifles from 1973-78 and on RPK-74N through the 1980's, it's ability to align properly on the AKM receiver will make it highly valued by both collectors and gunsmiths. BMP-1 rail is made of steel and is finished in a dark black oxide.

SOVIET 1950'S ERA AK-47 ORIGINAL STYLE AKN OPTICAL PLATE

MODEL RMP-4 REPLICA OPTICS RAIL FOR MILLED RECEIVER RIFLES

RMP-4 We still have a very few of these 1950's era AKN optics rails, copied directly from an extremely rare proof marked Soviet mint condition original. These plates were used on the Soviet AKN rifle which was produced from 1953 to 1957. This model of rifle enables you to correctly use the bottom swivel buttstock on your Type III AK-47 clone. The same rail was used in Poland on their AKN copy. This rail is for fixed stock rifles only.

This CNC replica is as exact as humanly possible, and will allow the use of both early and modern AK optics (The NSP-2 night vision device is the original optic used on this rifle). The RMP-4 was originally attached with rivets, the outer heads being ground flush. In photos, the flush rivets are very hard to see. These can also be screwed into place onto just about any type of AK rifle. These are finished in a dark blue with a semi-polished texture, so you can use them as is or blue them as a unit to match your rifle after installation.

MPK2 We have been an industry leader in threaded AK optics mounting plates for some time, and we continue this tradition with the introduction of the new MPK2 system. Threaded optical bases (MTK-MPK screw-on types) are designed to be used on AK rifles that were not already equipped from the factory with a similar plate, and allow the "do-it-yourself" gunsmith to mount standard military-based side-mounting night and daytime optics on their rifles without the headaches of rivet work, or the removal of any existing rivets on an assembled rifle. This fully assembled complex is based around the PK-23 and offers a fully modular, compact, simple, affordable and effective optics package. The assembly can be clocked (see images) by the user to offer many variations for personal preference. Easily adjustable reticle turret controls, an outstanding manually adjusted brightness knob, and a "pulsating dot" aiming mark are just a few of the more advanced features placing it in a class above many sights priced much higher.

PK-02 is supplied to you factory assembled and includes the correct Kalashnikov mount which fits all known variants of AK side mounting rails. The all-black assembly uses 30mm rings and is high enough to allow the user to use iron sights even when the complex is installed, which is important to some end users. The high frequency modulation system of the fully adjustable aiming dot was developed to eliminate "red dot fade" which means you will see it even in the brightest of sunlight. These factory fresh units include front and rear threaded lens covers, fresh watch batteries, the factory operators manual and a unique belt carried nylon pouch. The PKA is built on the basic body of the famous PSO-1 scope, which provides a proven frame for modification into a sturdy Kalashnikov red dot sight. I have seen these advertised in the past as an SVD sight which is completely inaccurate and only shows the lack of knowledge on the part of the company doing the advertising. PKA features easily adjustable miniaturized turret controls, a manually adjusted brightness knob (with eight brightness levels), and a hammer painted gray baked on finish. The sight is ready for service out of the box, and is not caliber specific.

They are in unused condition although most have a small serial number etched into the pommel to indicate they were at one time issued with a military rifle. SOVIET PBS SIGHT LEAF ASSEMBLIES

These original Soviet issue Kalashnikov sight leaf assemblies were made in the 1970's for use by SPETsNAZ forces on specially outfitted AKM and AKMS rifles equipped with the PBS and PBS-1 "Silent Fire Device." They have to be one of the rarest, most detailed, complex and interesting Kalashnikov specialty items you are ever going to run across. The PBS series of silencers was used in Afghanistan by special forces units and the special low velocity ammunition designed for it made it necessary for a unique, multi-functional sight to be developed. This leaf assembly has an indexed tumbler style elevation adjuster at each end of the fully windage adjustable tangent beam. The leaf sight is index marked on top for the standard 7,62x39mm cartridge (to 1,000 meters), while the reverse side is calibrated for the special subsonic round out to 400 meters. It is marked with Russian proofs and stamped with the famous "arrow-in-triangle" arsenal code of the Izhevsk plant. This is definitely destined to be the crowning detail on replica or air rifle outfitted with a fake silencer device. Although have been selling this popular line of Russian-made optical mounting brackets for several years, we have just received a new shipment which allows us to offer an even wider range of options with newly improved upgrades. All units feature a standard width, cross-notched Weaver/Picatinny rail and the clamp design is fully adjustable for proper fitment on all Mil-Spec type side mounted accessory rails as used on many AK and all SVD-type rifles. They are highly reliable, strong and stable with a factory aligned and pinned assembly which guarantees easy sight zero. As with all Russian QD designs, they can be removed and installed from the rifle in seconds without any loss of zero alignment. They come in a very handsome and durable semi-flat black finish.
A newly upgraded Russian "low-mount" BP-02A Weaver/Picatinney style side mounting bracket for AK/SVD rifles has just been released and features a more precisely centered alignment and an improved throw lever design which positively locks to the frame of the clamp and remains flush and parallel to the receiver when locked for reduction of side obstruction. BP-02 is assembled with a long 140mm mounting rail which provides the lowest and best positioning possible for any optic used with an AK rifle. It can also serve as a low and correctly positioned optics platform for the SVD Dragunov rifle and Romanian Romak 3/SSG-97.
The latest version of the "high mount" bracket BP-01 (MTK-83) offers the same rugged black finish, the new positive-locking throw lever, and a shorter 108mm Weaver/Picatiney style mounting rail. It sits 20mm higher than the low mount version which means the iron sights are completely visible when it is installed. This feature is often requested by some shooters.
We also offer heavy duty Weaver-type scope rings for these brackets, in both standard 1-inch and 30mm styles. We have tried many manufacturers and designs over the years, and in consideration of our customers' needs and the dimensional heights of the rifles and brackets we service, have finally narrowed down our product line to these affordable units. For the price, they offer a better clamping design, a matching black matte finish and superior stability using four retaining screws per ring. You can save money by ordering the brackets shown above in a package to include these medium height rings.

BP-02 provides an extremely low mounting position on any AK rifle while still providing enough clearance for up to a 40-42mm objective lens size, according to the sight used. Using our low mount rings, a 3-8x40mm installed on a Saiga "AK-103" rifle (see image) allows comfortable shooting without a cheek pad. Used on the SVD Dragunov, the BP-02 offers over-the-bore alignment and matching black finish. Positioning is perfect for use with the factory cheek pad, since the scope height matches that of the factory PSO-1.
